Equipment Function Introduction
The Energy Recovery Aging Cabinet is an energy-efficient and energy-saving battery testing equipment for various battery types such as lithium-ion and lead-acid batteries. The primary functions are to test battery capacity and for charge/discharge characteristics experiments. The features are energy recovery and energy-saving such that in the charging process, energy can be recovered by 90% and during discharging, the energy recovery efficiency is 88%, ultimately promoting energy consumption savings. It uses constant current to constant voltage charging technology coupled with a four wire connection to ensure a safe and smooth process for manufacturers to protect their batteries in the charging process. Calibration is high-precision for both current and voltage within 0.5‰ accuracy. Its unique air duct design for effective heat away from the battery while considering safety ensures the stable operation of the equipment. To meet the requirement of stable power supply, an independent power supply and independent power source design was used.
