Automatic Formation and Grading System for Cylindrical Batteries Equipment
Introduction
This automatic manufacturing line is specially designed for cylindrical batteries that also integrates with the smart capacity assignment equipment and a fully automatic logistics system, to support the effective manufacturing of 18650's, 21700's and cylindrical batteries. As a Battery Formation Equipment, it consists of 500 pin bed formation and capacity sorting devices (as per manufacturing volume), 4 sets of OCV testers, and 16 AGV robots, to help to achieve high precision formation, capacity sorting and selection of up to 1.3 million batteries a day (as per manufacturing volume).
