S37-96-30A Energy Recovery and Sorting Cabinet
Equipment Function Introduction 
The Energy Recovery and Sorting Cabinet is an advanced Lithium Ion Battery Tester, principally used to monitor parameters such as voltage and capacity at the sorting stage of testing. The Energy Recovery and Sorting Cabinet powers each battery from an independent constant current and constant voltage source, thus ensuring test power is stable and non-impulsive in order to maintain the testing accuracy and validity of batteries being tested and sorted. The device is controlled with an STM32 microcontroller, and data can be saved onto a computer when connected, as well as being able to conduct testing and sorting operation via keystroke sequencing. This cabinet features a four-wire test interface to ensure high measurement accuracy, as well as a power failure protection which enables the cabinet to automatically resume work after power is restored. Additionally, there is a graphical user interface (GUI) that can intuitively show the test data, including voltage, current, time, and capacity for each battery. Indicating working status and abnormal situations are presented in color. The power transistor used is a field-effect transistor in the battery testing cabinet; this is suitable for low-voltage discharge batteries such as lithium iron phosphate batteries, and improves both testing efficiency and safety.
