The ARY29-960-10A-12-2T (AM) Semi-Automatic Thermal Pressing Fixtures Formation Line
Battery Formation Equipment has been created with a focus on thermal press formation and capacity sorting testing of pouch lithium-ion batteries used for semi-automated construction of batteries using thermal pressing and charging/discharging features while thermal controlling, fully employing intelligent temperature control to realize productive battery manufacture and quality control.

Smart Thermal Pressing with Accurate Temperature Control
Dynamic pressure control: Range of 100kg.f - 2000kg.f with a tolerance of ±2% (when ≥1000kg.f) designed for cells 5-13mm thick to ensure uniform loading on cells for sufficient formation.
Optimized heating system: Consisting of a heating wire in the aluminum plate, max temperature of 90℃ and interlayer temperature difference of ≤±2℃. 30 minutes of time from room temperature to 60℃ stabilized the battery for formation.
Dual safety protection: Automatic shut off if system temperature is exceeded and smoke detector, as measured time is ≤ 1 second if either occurs or is in danger.
High Precision Testing
Wide range charging and discharging current: Product supports a range of 10mA - 10A to accommodate large developmental changes of fast-charging battery application works. As a
Lithium Ion Battery Tester, testing voltage accuracy is ±0.1% FS and current accuracy is ±0.1% FS built into the flows.
Four-value precision measurement: Four-wire avoids current input resistance conflicts while measuring contact resistance <1mΩ for improved outcomes of test data.
Energy regeneration technology: Charging efficacy ≥70% and discharging efficacy ≥60%. Results in saving over 30% of electricity bills yearly when compared to existing technology, which lowers overall battery production costs.
Automated Production Process
Efficient material handling: Automatic motive material by the overhead crane, 960 channels work at the same time resulting in 4800 units each workday output per line.
Intelligent vision inspection: Tab position accuracy of ≤0.2mm while obtaining defective products such as reverse connections and short circuit collecting the cutoffs.
MES system compatibility: Upload real time over 20 parameters for full-process traceability during production for both quality monitoring and process improvement.
