Layered Temperature Control System
The
Lithium Ion Battery Tester is equipped with 4 sets of fixtures, each with a temperature control system of 17 independent temperature-controlled heating plates to uniformly control temperature from room temperature to 90℃ (±2℃).
Each layer will be equipped with a temperature probe to monitor temperature during the testing to assure temperature is uniform throughout the cells.
Precision Pressure Control
Air-tight independent pressurization for 4 sets of fixtures with 5 stage pressure settings.
The 4-tier weight-reduction design of the layer plates ensures pressure control accuracy of ±10kg.
Pneumatic pressurization in the system incises reliable electrical contact between the electrodes and the cells.
High-Density Testing Capability
The Lithium Ion Battery Tester has the ability to test 1024 channels simultaneously allowing for high demand of mass production polymer test cells.
It also has a wide current range of 6mA - 3A supporting low activation current processes.
The four-wire measurement method eliminates contact resistance errors with a voltage measurement accuracy of ±0.1% FS.
