I. Equipment Function Description
The SF37-32-30A blade battery adapter rack is specially designed for blade battery testing. Its core function is to provide stable adaptation and support for Equipment For Lithium-Ion Cell Formation during the Battery Formation Process. Through manual loading, it uses the linkage between the capacity sorting cabinet's alligator clips, adapter plates, and probe fixtures to achieve precise testing of battery parameters such as voltage and capacity. The equipment adopts a double-deck structure, with each layer capable of loading 16 blade batteries (32 in total), significantly improving testing efficiency. The modular fixture design allows flexible adjustment of positive/negative electrode positions, adapting to battery model changes of different specifications. The supporting battery scanning system and Shengchuang product software can simultaneously complete battery grade classification, data analysis, and upload sharing, establishing a full-process link from testing to data management. This helps customers achieve automated and intelligent testing, making it particularly suitable for high-efficiency testing needs in large-scale battery production scenarios.
II. Core Advantages
Strong Compatibility: It can accommodate blade batteries with a length of 300-750mm, thickness of 15-30mm, and width of 90-120mm. Because it combines well with Lithium Battery Testing Equipment, it is compatible with different types of tested products.
Convenient Model Change: The modular fixture structure can adjust the positive/negative electrode position quickly, replacing the fixture completely (if necessary) in 10 minutes instead of just actual debugging, as is now the norm with traditional fixed fixtures.
Data Interconnection: The strong reporting capabilities, complete with a USB-to-485 interface and batteries with communication cables (i.e. connection to a Battery Charge Discharge Tester) provides a means of uploading test data in real time, for integration into the factory's MES system for intelligent factory management.
