Battery Charge Discharge Tester

The Battery Charge Discharge Test Equipment is an intelligent Battery Testing System with 128-channels designed for prismatic batteries designed for charging and discharging current ranges of 60mA-30A/80mA-40A. This device has the energizing regeneration method and high accuracy detection technology. The testing system is compatible with prismatic batteries that are 80-300mm in length and 15-75mm in thickness and can be used for testing batteries utilized in mass producing power batteries, energy storage batteries, and R&D of high-end battery applications.

The Lithium-ion Battery Load Tester has a regenerative energy recovery efficiency of 70% and charging efficiency of 80% resulting in up to 30% less energy consumption.

The inverter is bi-directional AC/DC and connects to grids for green production.

Power factor at ≥0.99, harmonics < 5%.

  

 

The voltage accuracy is ±(0.5‰ reading + 0.5‰ full scale), and the current accuracy is ±(0.5‰ reading + 0.5‰ full scale).
