Battery Formation Equipment, represented by the SRY32-128-10A-2-5T (AC) series. The full machine is constructed with one incubator and two sets of fixtures. The machine has 128 channels, and the fixtures are finished with integrated cross-sectional pairs into the machine.

Dynamic Pressure Control Technology
Ultra-Wide Pressure Range: The Equipment, For Lithium-Ion Cell Formation has an ultra-wide range of 5000 kgf, supporting dynamic adjustment from 700 to 5000 kgf. The accuracy under pressure staged ≥1000 kgf is ±2%.
Multi-Stage Pressure Programming: It can be programmed for up to 7 pressure stages, intended to provide for different cell thicknesses.

Independent Temperature Control for 33 Layers: The
Lithium Ion Battery Tester can accurately control each heating plate temp to within ±2℃. The temperature can be raised from room temperature to 60℃ in 10 minutes.
Temperature Uniformity: The deviation of the pressure plate can be ≤±3℃ (using a laser). Battery Cells will heat uniformly.
Dual Over-Temperature Protection: The
Battery Testing System has a forced shut down at a temp of 80℃, and activated with a low temp alarm at 70℃ to avoid thermal runaway.

High-Current Testing: The capacity is a wide range charge-discharge from 0.05 to large current 10A, supporting fast-charging batteries.
Precision Measurement Using the Four-Wire Method of Volts and Current: The Voltage accuracy is ±0.001% FS, and current is ±0.001% FS.
Energy Feedback Technology, Charging Energy consumption efficiency is ≥80%, Discharging discharging efficiency consumption is ≥70%.
