The AT39-576-20A Pin Bed Cylindrical Battery High-Temperature Formation Equipment is a specialized device that is meant for testing cylindrical lithium batteries in high temperature environments and incorporates Battery Charge Discharge Tester and lithium-ion battery grading functions. The equipment has a four-layer stacked structure, where each layer contains an independent high-temperature chamber, and is able to operate 576 channels and 144 batteries per tray simultaneously. Some of the key benefits include: a high-precision temperature control system with accuracy of ±3℃ for stable testing conditions, a dual positioning press bed structure for alignment accuracy of ±0.5mm, and an integrated intelligent fire protection system with smoke notation detection, temperature sensing and 1230 gas extinguishing for safety and protection in production. The equipment supports different charging and discharging modes including constant current, constant voltage and constant power at a current range of 40mA-20A and a voltage accuracy of ±(0.5‰ reading + 0.5‰ full scale), while being suitable for high-temperature grading of lithium iron phosphate and ternary batteries. The software system supports 64-step programming, MES connectivity, and automatic data export functions which enhances the production efficiency. 

 

High-Temperature Environment Control: Independent PID temperature control module complying ±3℃ temperature uniformity and that has heating capability of ≥2℃/min appropriate for high-temperatute activation processes for batteries. 

Multi-Channel Parallel Testing: 576 channels operating synchronously with 144 batteries per tray. Well over 8000 batteries in a single shift, making it an industry leading efficiency.

Intelligent Safety Protection: Dual positioning anti-error design + 1230 gas fire protection system, that supports multi-condition controlled termination. Response time to emergency incident is less than 10 seconds.
