The ODM-S30-4-150V100A energy-efficient feedback aging cabinet, as an efficient ODM cell tabulating machine, is mainly used for life aging tests and quality control of lithium-ion batteries, lead-acid batteries, etc. It is characterized by energy feedback and energy savings, with energy savings of 90% during charging and 88% feedback during discharging. A four-wire connection and independent loop design allows for smooth changeover from constant current to constant voltage charging, without the risk of damage to the battery. It has voltage and current accuracy of 0.5‰, supports multiple tests including cycle life and capacity tests, and allows data to be bound to a barcode scan for database storage and export in multiple formats, providing an accurate and effective grading solution for batteries.

- Excellent heat dissipation performance: The unique air duct design ensures high temperatures have less impact on equipment performance through forced air cooling.
- Independent design of voltage and current loops: Batteries can smoothly and safely transition from constant current to constant voltage charging to avoid damage from voltage spikes.  
- High-precision calibration: Charging current, discharging current, charging voltage, and discharging voltage shall all be calibrated with high precision using Agilent instruments, maintaining accuracy within 0.5‰ current and voltage.

Product Equipment System Principle
The aging cabinet system utilizes AC 380V power input, processes through  the circuit with a power factor of ≥99% and realizes independent voltage and current sampling through four-wire connection. During the test, the energy feedback system returns discharged energy back to the power grid with an efficiency of ≥90% in order to save energy consumption. The system real-time monitors battery temperature through NTC sensors, combines closed loop control systems, combining voltage, current, and battery temperature for real-time testing and monitoring, and supports 2000 step programming and 65535 Cycle Nesting. The hardware is equipped with multiple protection mechanisms, and the software performs data interaction based on TCP/IP protocol which can real-time calculate DC internal resistance. With step logic jumping,global parameter configuration, and complete programming, the aging cabinet accurately completes cell performance grading and aging tests.
