Product Overview
The ODM-S30-16-100V60A Energy-Saving Feedback Aging Cabinet is an
 ODM Cell Grading Machine that combines highly effective energy saving and accuracy testing, primarily used in life aging and quality testing of lithium ion batteries, lead acid batteries, etc. This device uses energy feedback technology, with a 90% charging energy savings and 88% discharging feedback efficiency. The device implements a 4-wire connection and uses highly precise calibration (voltage/current accuracy ±0.05% FS) to stably complete more than 10 types of tests, such as cycle life testing and capacity testing. This device provides 16 channels of independent control, while delivering 6KW single channel power output, providing temperature monitoring and various protection functions (overvoltage/overcurrent/power cut protection, etc.). Forced air cooling and adjustable fixtures provide efficient cooling and allows it to function properly with multi-size batteries, thereby giving it a core role in the quality control process for battery production and experiments.

System Principles of Product Equipment
Equipment system principles are based on energy closed-loop and intelligent control. Alternating current (AC 380V±10%) is converted to direct current (DC) output through rectification, and bidirectional power modules achieve the feedback of charging and discharging energy to the power grid (efficiency ≥90%), saving energy. The equipment uses an MCU main control chip and high precision calibration resistors to collect voltage (0-100V) and current (±60A) data in real time, using a four wire loop, and through AD/DA conversion arrives at ±0.05% FS precision control. The temperature monitoring covers -30~120℃ through NTC sensors and is interlocked with processing logic, to provide battery state monitoring in real time.
