The ODM-S34-32-100A Energy-Saving Feedback Capacity Sorting Cabinet, an ODM Cell Grading Machine, serves the purpose of testing the capacities of lithium-ion batteries during the Battery Formation/sorting stage, and may also test and grade parameters, like voltage and capacity. This equipment is controlled by a STM32 single chip microcomputer, and has 32-channel independent constant current/constant voltage sources, and four-wire high precision measurements and energy feedback technology are used. The electric energy that is discharged can be fed back to the grid. Power-off protection and multiple abnormal protection functions. The software can set 32 working steps and 256 cycles, generates data reports and curves, is compatible with various battery specifications, and adopts a modular design for easy maintenance.
