Product Overview
The ODM-S37-32-150A power Battery Sorting cabinet is an ODM Cell Grading Machine which examines and grades parameters such as capacity and voltage in the Battery Formation/sorting phases of the production. This machine is equipped with 32 independent channels, all featuring their own constant current and voltage source, which are controlled by an STM32 single chip microcomputer. Each channel is equipped with a four-wire testing interface to ensure high accuracy voltage and current measurements. It also has a variety of protection features such as power loss protection and abnormal alarm. The software allows users to set 32 process steps, as well as 256 cycles and has the ability to generate data reports and curves. It supports bar code scanning and MES docking, and uses a modular design for eventual trouble shooting and maintenance. The energy output from the battery discharges can be routed back to the power grid making it an ideal option for lithium iron phosphate batteries for these types of battery grading operations.
