Product Overview
The ODM-FT37-64-30A Equipment for Power Battery Forming with High Temperature Negative Pressure can be described in short as a high-grade ODM Cell Grading Machine equipment used for forming, sorting according to pack capacity, testing, and grading capacity to grade the cell. It was developed specifically for manufacturing lithium batteries, the equipment sets four independent control modules and adopts an STM32 single-chip microcomputer core architecture with 64 channels. It can accurately form and sort cylindrical batteries, the minimum diameter is 33-40mm and the length is 90-150mm. The features that stand out is the innovative use of a negative pressure system - the negative pressure can be adjusted from -100KPA to 0. The equipment also has energy feedback technology that is automatically adjustable according to the size and electrical specifications of the batteries. Using this equipment, charging power consumption will be more than 40% less, meanwhile, the overall power saving will be more than 60%, this reduces production costs.

Notes:
- It is recommended that the user feeds each computer with a UPS power supply in the event of an unplanned power outage, this will prevent the computer or the data from being lost/damaged.
- Each computer can connect only 10 devices as a maximum to prevent poor performance of the computer.

Workflow of Equipment
The equipment is entirely controlled by a computer connection, with the computer giving instructions, collecting data, and what not. A keyboard can manually operate the equipment and display parameters and status. The constant current board is ordered by the CPU and has constant current and constant parameters of voltage. When charging, we are using a bidirectional power supply, whereby the power supply converts AC into 12V direct for the battery pack, this acts as a control and detects the battery is charging from the constant current board. When discharging, everything is the opposite of charging, and the constant current board raises voltage to 12V and the bidirectional power supply converts direct current into alternating current that can be fed back into the factory's AC distribution network. This is the functional feedback of the battery pack discharge power.
