ODM Cell Grading Machine-S34E-256-10A Energy-Saving Feedback Capacity Grading Cabinet is a device specifically designed to test the capacity of lithium-ion batteries. The machine simulates the entire charging and discharging working states of lithium batteries to complete the testing and evaluation of electrical performance. As supporting equipment, once the tester completes the collection of performance data, it will automatically grade and screen the lithium batteries according to key indicators, e.g., capacity, voltage, internal resistance, etc. Through the operation of both tools, a complete production line process can be created from performance testing to quality grading, leading to an increase in quality control efficiency and more accurate grading of lithium batteries during the production process.

System Principle
The equipment is controlled through connection to a computer, sending commands and collecting data, etc.; the keyboard can manually operate the equipment, and display parameters and status; the constant current board is controlled by CPU commands and has constant current and voltage.
While charging the battery, the bidirectional power supply converts alternating current into 12V direct current, and the constant current board realizes charging control and detection of the battery. While discharging the battery, the process is done in the other direction of charging: the constant current board raises the battery voltage to 12V and the bidirectional power supply converts the direct current into alternating current and feeds the alternating current directly into the factory's AC power distribution to realize that the battery discharges power to feedback energy.
Noticeable power-saving effect: Actual tests show that compared with traditional equipment, the power consumed by energy-saving equipment while charging is reduced, and the total power-saving rate is greater than 60%, thus saving a lot of costs for battery production enterprises.
