ODM Cell Grading Machine: This energy feedback rated capacity sorting machine (model: S33-256-10A) is a dedicated battery detection apparatus capable of accurately measuring parameters when replacing batteries during the formation/capacity grading stage, including voltage and capacity, and performing grading, analysis, upload and share of batteries based on test results. The apparatus supports independent control of up to 256 channels with each channel connected to an independent constant current and voltage source, controlled via STM32 single-chip microcomputer with a four wire test interface. The accuracy of the voltage and current measurements can attain ± (0.5‰ reading + 0.5‰ full scale). Further, the apparatus utilizes patented energy feedback technology capable of feeding the electrical energy generated during the battery's discharge cycle back into the factory's AC power distribution network. The apparatus can also support process setting of 32 working steps and 256 cycles, and has 13 overall protection functions. Additionally, the software is capable of producing curves of the data, and connectivity to the MES system is also provided.

Channel Control Mode
