The S37-64-60A Square Battery Energy-Saving Feedback Capacity Sorting Equipment, which is classified as an ODM Cell Grading Machine, displays battery classification and data management capabilities. It is specifically engineered for direct measurement of parameters such as voltage and capacity during Battery Formation/capacity sorting stages, which results in battery grade classification and data management controls. The equipment comes equipped with an STM32 single-chip microcomputer control system and a 64-channel independent constant current/voltage source design. Additionally, a four-wire high-precision testing interface is included to allow for stable and non-impact detection for each battery. It integrates energy feedback technology with a discharge efficiency of ≥70%. In addition to energy-saving benefits, electrical energy can be directly fed back to the power grid. The software can handle 32-step process settings, data curve generation, and MES system integration. This intelligent battery grading solution includes testing, grading, and data management.

Software Basic Functions
1. The software can accommodate various continuations: Manual pause continuation, software shutdown continuation, power failure interruption continuation, device communication interruption continuation, and abnormal stop continuation can all be accommodated;
2. The software supports barcode scanning, in which one-dimensional codes or two-dimensional codes can be read by scanning each in detail, with scanning methods such as sequential scanning, channel jumping scanning, and pallet scanning;
3. The software can locally store detailed test data, allowing for the user to view the current test data, and historical data on each channel, at any time, with displays of data or curves, as well as individual or batch export to EXCEL reports. In addition, as needed, the software can set to automatically export data at the end of the test;
4. The software can conduct capacity sorting, in which batteries can be sorted by grade;
5. The software supports the pass/fail judgment after the test finishes, and will indicate whether the judgment of Pass or NG is area-based on the specific cycle capacity, voltage, time, and other information;
6. The software allows for various step protections and supports global abnormality protections to account for voltage, current, or temperature. (Some devices have this function) As well as provide an abnormal alarm, supporting battery pack overcharge and over discharge protection tests;
