ODM Cell Grading Machine: The S37-128-30A Energy-Saving Feedback Capacity Sorting Cabinet is an advanced solution for lithium Battery Formation and capacity sorting based on the technical concepts of "precise testing, energy feedback, and intelligent grading," forming the core advantages of the cabinet. The equipment adopts an STM32 single-chip microcomputer control architecture, with 128 independent constant current and voltage sources. Individual testing of each battery point can be performed to ensure that each battery has fully independent constants. The current accuracy of the cabinet reaches ±(0.5‰ of reading + 0.5‰ of full scale), and the voltage resolution reaches 1mV, providing high reliability of parameter testing of voltage and capacity.
System Features
- Single-point independence: Each battery adopts a fully independent constant current and voltage source, ensuring stability without interference.
- Real-time detection: Provides real-time detection and display of the status of every battery. When an anomaly occurs, that channel will stop working and indicator light will be on.
- Intelligent control: Controlled by the STM32 single-chip microcomputer, run from a computer, and save all test data and curves for a particular battery. Able to operate directly from the keyboard panel on the device itself to set processes and complete tests or sort tests.
