Product Description
ODM Cell Grading Machine: Our S37-48-100A machine is designed with the central idea of "Intelligent Testing + Automated Grading" for the measurement of important parameters, primarily voltage and capacity, during the formation and capacity grading of lithium batteries. The equipment contains 48 independent control modules, with control being performed through an STM32 single-chip microcomputer intelligent system which can provide fully automated operation from Battery Formation testing to grade classification. Additionally, we provide ODM customization development to meet the variety of process demand for different battery production enterprises.
System Features
- Features power failure protection and can return to the original workflow after power returns.
- Single-point independence: An independent constant current and voltage source for each measured battery that does not impact performance.
- Computer operated, with all test data and corresponding curves saved, also can be operated directly on the device keyboard panel Control the device using the keyboard panel and connect via computer to save data.

Channel Control Mode
- Real-time detection of contact impedance (four-wire system)
- Each channel consists of an independent constant voltage and constant current hardware control circuit
- Each channel has software functionality, which automatically performs calibration of the charging and discharging current to remain accurate
- Each battery receives an independent constant current and voltage source so no impact on the stability. All functions of start, stop, pause, resume, protection are supported.
