Description of the Product
This product is an ODM Cell Grading Machine： The S33-512-6A Energy-Saving Feedback Capacity Sorting Equipment is specially designed for testing parameters such as voltage and capacity during Battery Formation/capacity classification, complete grading, data analysis, and upload sharing. The apparatus is rated at a maximum of 512 channels, with single-point independent constant current/constant voltage sources and using a STM32 single-chip microcomputer for control, including power failure protection and abnormal phenomena detection. Electrical energy is fed back to the power grid during the discharge process, ensuring energy-saving efficiency. The software supports 32 working steps and setting up to 256 cycles, sorts by capacity and provides data charts. In summary, it can be used for battery classification scenarios.

Equipment Detailed Workflow
the equipment gets control from computer connection to do control and the host computer sends commands and collects data, etc.; the keyboard can manually operate the equipment and display parameters and status, the constant current board is ordered by the CPU board, has the functions of constant current constant voltage as whem the battery is charged and discharged, the constant current board via CPU board has control and detection of the charging and discharging of the battery; it multiplies the charging and discharging process through their gapless CCCV process, is without impact to voltage and current. It can effectively protect the battery from heat concentration with peak current that has been stopped such as shedding of pole ear powder or micro-short circuit, island effect, and so on, resulting in overcharging.
